「We stayed in mid-November, after much of the town has closed up for the season. The front desk provided us with a list of restuarants that were still open, which was helpful. The Oasis lounge was still open and where we ate our first night, everything was delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed watching the snow flurries blow in over the water. Beautiful property with great views! We really enjoyed the quiet!」

「Saltair Inn is fabulous. Our room was beautiful and had a very cozy feel, with a fantastic view. The hosts were great, and breakfast was terrific. It was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B and will not hesitate to stay there again.」

「It’s a smallish room, but that’s what we were looking for. This has it all! The room has a smallish bathroom off the corner. Toilet, sink, mirror - it’s all you need. Everything worked as it should. Has air conditioning, but we didn’t use it. Has heat, but we didn’t use it. Has 3 nice windows and blinds. Has a good sized flat TV, but again, we didn’t use it. 「It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. Still an excellent place.」

「This was a small room. Fine for one person, but could be a nuisance for a pair if they have significant luggage. The shower is cramped. Easy to get in. I didn't initially realize there were more supplies in the office downstairs (soap, creamer, etc.). There is also a general store & gas less than a mile to the west. The location is a bit further from both Acadia and Bar Harbor than most options, but not significantly so where you'd have to really plan for extra time to get anywhere. The nearby...
