The architect Eugenio Berardi designed the 387-foot (118-meter) structure in the 1950s. It remains one of Italy’s tallest buildings made from reinforced concrete and contains 35 floors, with about 120 apartments. The Grattacielo Marinella is on the southern side of the Piazza Andrea Costa, just one block inland from the beach in the Cesenatico zone. Take a bus to one of its surrounding stops.
