Apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator (1/2 landing to climb). Entrance with closet and laundry room (washing machine). Living room with sitting area (TV, fiber internet access). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160X200) with desk and balcony. Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90X200). Shower room. WC. Baby bed and high chair on request. Sheets and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Central heating included. All charges included. Long balcony connecting bedroom 1, living room and kitchen. Small garden furniture on the kitchen side. Bicycle garage shared with the building located on the ground floor. Parking at the bottom of the building + large public parking lot on the other side of the street. Formerly a neighboring town of Granville, St Nicolas is today a peaceful residential area of Northern Monaco. You'll enjoy a bit of extra space on the 3rd floor of this 1970s building, bathed in natural light and a very spacious apartment. It features a long, east-facing balcony connecting the rooms, with even a hallway off the kitchen, perfect for a morning coffee! Tastefully and meticulously renovated by the owners, it's ideal for a short stay in this charming seaside resort. Philippe and Brigitte will be happy to welcome you and advise you on discovering the many treasures of this port city: from the Upper Town to the Maison Dior, from the vast beaches to the Casino, not forgetting a trip to the Chausey Islands! All shops, a local market, and a bus route are nearby.

The price does not include: charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
Linens provided, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, sheets provided, baby equipment, internet access, apartment, elevator, linens provided, utilities included, Wi-Fi connection, and optional cleaning service.

Très bel appartement

Loué pour deux nuits. Très bon accueil, notre hôtesse était très agréable. L’appartement est très beau, fonctionnel et superbement agencé et décoré. On se sent à l’aise dès la porte franchie. L’immeuble est en très bon état et très calme. On n’oublie pas cette adresse pour nos prochaines visites à Granville.
