「Dealing with Jeff was a breeze and the property is awesome! We had a couple of questions that popped up after check in and Jeff was responding to my text message within minutes!The cabin is neat, cozy, and romantic set on a long private driveway with a great deck and hot tub! We found lots of close by hiking trails and great spots to run our dogs! The kitchen has a cool copper countertop and sink although we did cook our dinner most nights on the Weber grill right off the deck which works...

「Comfortable, cozy, not kitschy, with nice appliances and furnishings. The location is beautiful and serene - heavily forested, with a babbling brook running alongside the property. The place is clean and well-kept. The shops and restaurants in Waterbury are a short drive away. My only quibble with the property is with the upstairs beds, which made a horrible racket when you turned or shifted your weight. 」

「Absolutely perfect idyllic cabin. The host was very helpful when we needed it and he gave us a lot of information about things to do around the place. Plus he was just an awesome guy! Had the best honeymoon ever here. Lots and lots of bugs and spiderwebs outside, but that can't be helped.」

「Visiting family in Vermont, very charming place to stay, quaint, quiet, fun in the lake, grandkids visited, great cookout, although the steps to the one bedroom were challenging for my handicapped wife, never thought a futon would be so comfortable, especially for me, at 6’2”, 260 lbs, it was great, we had loads of fun, short trips to restaurants, and another visit to Tom and Jerry’s, thanks so much, it was awesome, will be back!」

Ample room, comfortable beds, clean linens and a superb property in a quiet neighbourhood, our kids enjoyed the yard full of snow and their bunking “nook” upstairs. We loved the time together and enjoyed the amenities offered. The owners were always quick to respond. We recommend for a quiet weekend away. 」
