Very dog friendly, all modern appliances, comfy bed, great shower t.v.`s Wi-Fi etc. Lovely welcome basket for humans as well as dogs. 「Wonderful peaceful cottage, as a family weve had a much needed break, and were able to explore our family history in surrounding villages. Very much recommended.....」

「The cottage has real character, being over 200 years old. It has lovely countryside views from the lounge and bedrooms and is spacious. The cooking equipment was good and the dining room was lovely and cosy. We were quite near to Lincoln City and was an hours drive from the seaside town of Skegness, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon. The host was very helpful. Would stay here again.」

「great location on the edge of Oakham, easy walking to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Road parking was fine but the road is quite narrow with cars parked up both sides. lots of outdoor activities at Rutland water. Only 20 minute drive from the historic town of Stamford.plenty of hot water and house lovely and warm.」

「We had a good time in a lovely place」

「Excellent size with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. It was initially tricky to call the host on our International SIM card, but one we connected through WhatsApp he was very responsive. The yard had wonderfully scented flowers and the washer was much needed at this point in our trip. If we are back in the area, we will absolutely stay again!」
