The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The full size fridge is great, especially for longer stays. The buffet style breakfast is also great with several different options that change from day to day. We have also used the hot tub numerous times as well. "

"This is a newer hotel and it gets everything right. The rooms are spaceous with good work spaces for business travelers. This is the only hotel I've stayed in this year -- and I stay in a LOT of them -- that still has maid service every day. It's really nice to come back to find fresh towels and a made bed at the end of every day. This hotel also has a guest reception in the evening. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, had a hot shower, and good coffee. I will definitely be staying here when I'm in Grand Island."
