「This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation.」

「We did not enjoy our stay at our rented cabin and recommend the following corrections to allow customers a more pleasant stay:
- Non stick dishes are very old and should be replaced with stainless steel.
- There should be oven mitts, kitchen towels, tongs, one sharp knife for families to cook simple meals
- Water pressure in the kitchen sink is non existent
- Water does not drain in the bathroom shower
- Faucet in bathroom is stuck with white minerals and sprays everywhere when used
- Loft is...

「We truly enjoyed our stay here! Location was close to the Grand Canyon making it easy for day trips to the park and still provided us with privacy while enjoying the outdoor fire pit, balcony, and above all the gorgeous desert landscape. Upon entering this home we were immediately drawn to the cleanliness and functionality of the house. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone wanting to enjoy the area. 「The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...
