「Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. 「This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face. 」

「外観と異なり、古いホテルです。 部屋の前の通路を通る足音ははっきり聞こえ、隣室のドアを開け締めする音で目が覚めるくらい。 部屋の暖房は集中コントロールらしくON出来ず、寒かったです。 朝食込みのプランでしたが、英国のビジネス向けホテルでは一般的で、あまり美味しいものではありません。なによりコーヒーが・・・。 （ただし夕食のミニコースはなかなか美味しかったです。） 歩いて行ける範囲にスーパーマーケットがあり、便利ではありますね。」
