「Teviot Cottage was very comfortable and well appointed. It is in a great spot being walking distance to the High Street. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. It was good having a second toilet downstairs. It would be helpful if there were some hooks in the bathroom either behind the door or on the wall.」

「We loved our stay at The Yair. We booked it for its proximity to the river Tweed for fly fishing and found that the river runs past the property; complete with fishing hut and a gillie! The property’s owner was great in his communication and was available for anything we needed. It was fascinating to learn from him about the history of the property. Our cottage was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice addition. We would stay here again, independent of fishing.」

「When I arrived, we found the property needed some upgrading, some items in the kitchen were dirty,the baking trays in the oven, one was rusty,the couch upstairs had dirt under the cushions, I asked the owner to clean it and the oven tray,but we actually clesned the kitchen ourselves.
