"Checkin was horrible edward was not polite rude but friendly unsympathetic and very inexperienced kept laughing at me and 1st wanted to charge adtl prices wouldn't give me a receipt and didnt even know the layouts of the property Aubree the other employee was awesome, she printed a receipt. No problem then when i called down for a adtl. Blanket and pillow he said he would get to it never came i called back front desk and Aubree said he had gone home and never mentioned it but she.was able to bring it to me right away Room was disgusting ripped couches smelling dirty mold in shower and rusted shower head Even the toilet was disgusting couldn't sit on toilet water hit my balls and so i couldn't pee or poop in it only (1) blanket in the entire room for 3 guests just old and musty but a big thank you to the manager Edger And a shout out to Aubree for making the stay better "

"We had the most wonderful time in San Diego! We have 4 kids, and the house had plenty of room and everything we needed. The backyard was what really set it apart--the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court! Definitely a wonderful place to stay for the family!"

"We booked this home at the last minute and I can’t believe it was available! We have lived in simple luxury all week! We have stayed at many top-notch places and this beats them all. This place is CLEAN. The beds are comfortable. There is space and privacy for all — with plenty of places to come together. The pool and hot tub were worth every penny to heat for us in March - even during the “hot” spell. We spent hours in there and never once had to get used to the water. Everything is labeled and helpful. I was pleased that there was foil, plastic wrap, and ziplocs! Those little touches are nice. The neighborhood is super quiet but only 5 minutes from a mall with a target and food. We were able to eat all our meals at home. The grill worked great! The BEAUTY was something to behold! Lemon and orange trees on the property. Flowers and trees and plants of all kinds. Gorgeous! Winter in Illinois makes you appreciate that so much!The host replies nearly instantly. And is helpful and kind and experienced. San Diego is about a 45 minute drive without much traffic and sometimes there is traffic…We went in to the city for fun activities three days in a row and it was not too much for us. There was still time to relax.We loved the tide pools at La Jolla and being able to rent jet skis! The guys enjoyed the USS Midway. This place gives you access to any kind of vacation you want to have. This is one place we would actually book again. Thanks so much for the memories!"

"The pool was incredible!! Better than it looks in pictures. The slide was such a hit for the whole family. Poolside was great too - lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. And the rest of the backyard is amazing too. We played on the putting green, enjoyed badminton, the hot tub and the stunning fire pit. We didn’t have a need to leave the house because there was so much to do right at our fingertips. The inside was wonderful too. Very clean, comfortable, nice decor and many different spaces for the family to spread out. We loved the game room and really enjoyed evening movies on the giant projection screen. We found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen too. Communication with the hosts was great. They were always quick to respond and were very helpful and friendly. We’d definitely come back again. You won’t regret staying here. "

"The house was wonderful. We used the grill, seating, and hammock outside. The kitchen was very well equipped. The three bedrooms were really nice and had everything we needed. The Internet was great there was plenty of room in the house. The washer and dryer worked great. Communication with the owner was immediately returned. I would highly recommend this house. "

"The pictures don't do it justice. This home was so much better in person. The host was on top of any and all concerns we had. There were only two downfalls to this place. First is the fact that the jacuzzi is controlled by an app you have to download and it takes awhile to get warm. And the second is the fact that you eventually have to check out and go home. My family completely enjoyed this place. We would love to come back in the future. "

"Since the moment we checked in it was one thing after another that seemed to go wrong. These hosts only care about money. Do not stay here without some confirmations of fixed issues first! Or just don’t even bother. The pool and hot tub were not on when we arrived and was filled with many rocks and debris and wet wipes? The pool was overflowing into hot tub and it should be the other way. Both the pool and hot tub temp was 59 degrees. The host was very rude with me over the phone when I told them about the pool and hot tub, they were not answering on the app so I had to call them. They said they would send someone tomorrow first thing in the am. I at that point asked for a partial refund since the amenities were not working, she told me I could leave now and get one night refunded (I booked for 2 nights). I told her that was not possible so last minute and we would like to have it fixed please. The pool guy came the next day when we were not there and got the rocks out and wet wipes and had finally turned on the pumps and heater, they didn’t however pump out the excess water. Again only staying 2 nights no way that would have heated up anytime soon. I don’t think they have the pool serviced regularly and definitely not in between each guests.The tv didn’t work in the living room and the fridge/freezer also was not working. We had to throw away all our food. We left early and still didn’t get a refund and am still working on a case with vrbo. Our trip was the end of dec."
