AC didn't work and neither did the wi-fi. we have booked this hotel about 6-7 times in the last 1 month for multiple trips by family, would switch to a different chain now considering the staff behaviour towards regular customers. "LOCATION: The location of this hotel was amazing. It is situated directly across from Sri Harmandir Sahib (the Golden Temple) and closest entrance is right across. You can even enjoy a beautiful view of the Golden Temple while having breakfast at the upstairs hotel restaurant. "Horrible property!!! It’s not even called Nirvana, it’s called Krishna hotel Comforter had layers of dirt all over! Towel seemed used with stains of kumkum on it. Bathroom had bucket filled with water from God knows when! Bucket was dirty and moldy. AC was extremely loud and barely worked. Had to cut our 2-day stay to one day"
