「Room was nice and clean. So were breakfast offerings, thank you to the staff!! My only complaint is tea only offered in room, not coffee. I love to have a cup of coffee in bed and plan my day. Really don’t like having to shower, dress and be presentable to get a morning cup of joe」

What was disappointing : the plumbing needs more consistent maintenance , last trip we had only hot water in the shower and had to switch rooms , this trip the bathroom sink drain had to be cleaned during our stay , and the lobby bathroom failed to flush . 「Staff was not courteous or welcoming when lookimg for a room. The clerk quoted a higher price than advertised in Expedia, and told us gomthere if we wanted that rate. Breakfast was just a snack bar and coffee or tea.」

「Newly renovated, nice place」

「I had pre-paid and had a zero dollar receipt at checkout, but my credit card was charged. Later, when I emailed them about the double charge, the charge was reversed, but I never received any response.」

「Being by the water」

「The front desk staff was extremely helpful」

「I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room.」
