    This stylish self-contained apartment offers a functional layout with partial ocean views, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking a central stay with full domestic amenities.

    Bedroom Configuration
    Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (combined from two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.
    Second Bedroom: Features 2 Single Beds.
    Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

    Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a partial ocean outlook.

    Bathroom and Laundry

    Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
    Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
    Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
    View and Surroundings: Photos were taken from approximately Level 11. Due to surrounding structures and ongoing nearby construction, views may vary and may be partially obstructed.
    Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
    Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The xhexk in process is ridiculous. Picking up key from seperate location and only communicating through texr. When I called i couldnt understand anyone and they told me it was better to email. Having 1 key was extremely hard.Not enough towelsSheet didnt fit main bed correctly
