「Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. We flew into White Plains and it is just a 20 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and convenient. We only ate 3 meals in 5 days away from there. 「We came up from Manhattan on the train to visit my son who lives in downtown. The apartment met all our needs and the managers were very responsive. There is not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of shops/coffee but we walked to downtown in 25 minutes. One of the beds was much less comfortable than the other. Overall, great and quiet for the price point」

「Perfect for my sister and daughter. Just right sized, sunny and cheerful, plus the we-work type of space downstairs was awesome. Across the street from our favorite bagel place, and near Grey Goose, our favorite local restaurant. In town to check on family, so this was a great place to stay. Gerard was extremely responsive, especially when we had a mishap with our keys- he dropped everything and helped out! Five stars!」

「We stayed with John for a concert at the capital theater, which is only about 20 minutes away. It was perfect for what we needed, much bigger than the pictures showed. Only complaint was that the balcony door did not lock/ shut completely so there was a slight draft in the apartment, other than that, it was a great stay!」

「great apartment, bedroom is NOT separated from living room lounge area. Parking is not easy peasy but there are spots within a block or 2 no worries. Noise from people staying in unit above this one can a bit jarring, especially if you are on different schedules, we worked it out no problem. Decent pizza and latin food just around the corner.」

「I ask them upon arriaval and they did not respond to my question about the TV. There is no way to connect to a hot spot or watch anything. Soooo why is it there? The carpet was so gross! It smelled like dirty dog. There were not any sheets for the pull out couch. They did provide them upon my request. I let them know that in their description should be changed since there is no oven. We purchased food to prepare in an oven, and were unable to do so. There also is no laundry as well, which is...

「The amenities summary said hot tub…there was no hot tub. This is an older basement that was damp and a little musty. We were downstairs from another group of 4-5 young men who were very Loud even after 10 pm quiet time. It rained all day and the inside mat and much of the front entrance flooded. The host/hostess was very nice and helpful but not a great unit. Would not retur !」

「The hotel suite was larger than I expected. The staff was professional and friendly. The noise from the residential families was a minor nuisance. The halls, elevator, bathroom and common areas where dirty. No hot water or tea bags at breakfast.」
