「We had a great time. Love the vibe of the hotel. Really enjoyed the room, very clean and great bathroom. The restaurant attached sienna is wonderful. We opted to sit at the bar both nights and eat. The staff was so much fun & food and drinks great. 100% recommendation. 」

「This loft was so charming, so well appointed. Very thoughtful things, like earplugs by the bed and bakery cookies to enjoy. Very cutely decorated, very close to the Hartford healthcare amphitheater if you’re attending a concert… Which we were. The host left a birthday surprise for my husband because we were celebrating his birthday, which was above and beyond and wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Staff very outgoing and friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed, but I also heard the loud slam multiple times that other people mentioned. Sounds like a door slamming but does actually shake the room a bit. I had ear plugs and was able to sleep but that would bother most people. 」

「We stayed only one night, but the facility looked great for longer stays and events, too. Very clean/well-kept, staff was extra thoughtful/helpful. No breakfast and weird part of parking garage used for storage were our only negatives.」
