「Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. 」

「Pros: - close to office I was traveling for - comfortable bed - not-feather pillows (feathers do not support my side-sleeping) - small gym and cardio rooms - space to work in room (desk) - neat reading lights on the bed’s headboard Cons: - old property (looks worn; ceiling tile in closet coming down, carpet bunches in places) - bathtub faucet sprays water out during shower (though I suppose the spray was nice for cleaning feet) - no fan for the bathroom (I don’t like not having a fan on during...
