The hotel itself was nice, not super up to date rooms but enjoyed the hotel bar & bar staff - they were the most welcoming staff throughout the stay.
The desk was a little lacking in communication/ help navigating the hotel. It is very large with multiple entrances/ exits and hard to navigate especially with poor communication/ lack of readiness to guide.
