「Good hotel. 」

「大きな不満はないのですが、洗面台の水道のカランがグラグラしたままだったり、ハウスキーピングをスキップされてしまったり、二日連続でコンディショナーのボトルが空のままだったり（初日にフロントデスクに伝えに行ったのですが）と、一泊3万円近くするホテルとしては残念ながら対応が今ひとつだったかなと思いました。」

「Parking was a bit confusing, but was able to figure out meter parking on the street. Great walkability to restaurants, lounges, and theatre in the area. Did not interact with any staff as we arrived after "front desk hours."」

「Very nice accommodation in the north river area of Chicago. Overall atmosphere of nearby area and streets is so comfortable; safe for a traveler. Additional payment for valet-parking and also state (or city?) tax for a traveler is required - not nominal amount; but they are all given, because we stay in very central (and safe) area of Chicago. One more, we came back from the United Center - home of Chicago Bulls around 22:00 pm by Chicago subway (blue and red) without any fear, scary and...

「The pictures were accurate. Looked just the photos. Nice comfortable. Communication was easy. The only reason i didnt give a 5 star on location is it was kinda distant from my activities. But thats my fault, i knew nothing about where i wanted to go compared to the house. Covered all my needs, however a want for me is a dresser. I dont hang up all my clothes. There were some like storage drawers in the closet. I just perfer a dresser. 」
