"Great room! Very clean. Comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. No noise at night, I was able to rest well. Does not have a TV, but that's okay since it's a students' dormitory. However, the room did have hot plates and a microwave, in case you need to cook something. They only provided 2 small packets of shampoo so be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo if that's not enough."

El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. "Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was perfect too! If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here."

"Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC"
