「ロケーションが良かった」

「Just stayed for a night. The room was great. Staff of the hotel were kind and helpful. The only thing negative I have to say is about the restaurant. I asked for a simple replacement because of an allergy and they refused to do it. I wanted to replace beef chorizo with chicken sausage in a breakfast burrito and was told no. Seems like a simple thing to keep a customer happy. I had to order a side of chicken sausage for an extra $5.」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff welcomed me immediately. The room was very spacious, almost like a suite. In walking distance of the restaurants in downtown Richmond.」

「Location was good. Some of the plugs were not working.」

「All around perfect stay. The parking is attached to the hotel. Spaces are small but there are plenty of them. You are greeted by delightful staff who seem genuinely joyful to help you. And I mean all of them. Even busy housekeeping staff takes the time to wish you a great day. The room itself was immaculately clean with great features and amenities. We had a fridge, a microwave, moveable ottomans/stools, and a safe. The bathroom was super clean as well with pullout shelves that were unique and...
