"This was our 2nd visit to Kauai and we wanted to share the island with our large Family, and finding this house at this location was perfect. Having a pool worked out great and was a must for evening get togethers as we were a large group of 16. Although we did not cook, the kitchen had everything available if needed. Bathrooms had everything. This House is spacious, in a beautiful neighborhood, perfect for morning and evening walks! For non beach days, The hotel in front offers 3rd party access to their pools and lagoons also. Restaurants, stores, coffee shops nearby. We also worked with the 3rd party rental company for extras such as chairs and wagons and toddler beach toys. Our hostess Rachel was friendly and quick to respond to any of our minor concerns!"

"This was the cleanest and best stocked VRBO property we have ever stayed in. There was soap, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and every other thing you could think of. There were plenty of fluffy soft towels for shower and lots of pool and beach towels. The beds were sooooo comfortable. There was a/c in all the bedrooms and it worked great. The huge sectional made movie nights amazing. We loved the huge outside living and eating areas. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, floaties, snorkeling masks and fins, coolers and a wagon. Everything was clean and organized. Pam was amazing to work with. Her response time to our questions was immediate. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with an easy walk to the Grand Hyatt/Shipwreck and even a peek of the ocean. We enjoyed listening to the drums from the luau. You can’t go wrong with this place "

"This property is over the top gorgeous. We took our entire family of 11 and had had plenty of room. It’s pricey but worth it. You won’t be disappointed. The pool is big, great kitchen and lots of room to spread out."
