「The views and location was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. The sliding door was in need of attention. The kitchen was well stocked except for salt and the fridge took a good 15 hrs to cool down but then froze our produce. The oven was unpredictable and did not keep a proper temperature.The hottub never was used by us because it was cloudy and dirty even after contacting the owner. I would definately rent this property again as it hit all my desires, except the hot tub. 」

「Landlord very nice and helpful, cottage is perfect for two. Everything you would need on a vacation. We did not use much of the available dishes etc as my sister lives on the Island and we spent most of our time at their place. I recommend the place for a fun time and views are amazing watching the ferry boats and water always relaxing.」

「Being frank here, I hope this can be used to upgrade her place. We place our suggestions here and not on her site as she will surely lose business I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THE FOLLOWING. 1. You enter through the backdoor/ laundry room 2. In the kitchen and bedroom there were locked cupboards (which created an unwelcome feeling) and when asked she said it is where she keeps her cleaning stock. However, there were lots of products under the sink, under the bathroom closet and in the laundry. 3....

「Though we enjoyed our stay at the Timberloft there were many things that could have been done to make the stay more enjoyable. First and foremost is the issue of maintenance and cleanliness. We were aware of the steep steps to the property but they were overrun with vines making the journey up and down dangerous. I had to cut them myself so ensure that noone tripped. While the property is quite charming, there seemed to be very little thorough cleaning done as of late. The place was quite dusty...

Spoke to property manager re a little bit more attention to detail re cleaning floors Under chairs and beds (we had small kids) and he was very receptive. I am sure it won’t be a problem again. 「Well... we were very excited about our beachfront stay with the amazing views! Even spoke with the “owner” about swimming and paddle boarding out front! Little did we know, the pictures of the exterior were for the OTHER home and not the one we spent money on. We were scammed. As soon as we arrived we phoned panicking. We were told the cabin in the back was in fact what we had rented and if we had a problem to contact hotels.com!!!!! I was devastated, as we had a family weekend planned out...
