「We have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried to get the king suite with a sleeper sofa. That has generally worked out well for us, but this visit the sleeper sofa mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with sagging and springs that impossible not to feel. If they replace the sleeper sofa mattress, then it will be nice, but it was so bad it could hardly be slept on as it was. Hopefully this is just a small glitch. We reported it to the front desk and maybe they will get it changed out 」

Im not sure if the attached sports bar falls under this review but they were severely understaffed with one bartender trying to manage large crowd. At night had difficulty getting a food order. 「We checked in around 2 am. It took the stiff 20 minutes to get to the window. Thats the only complaint we had other than the parking. There isn't enough parking so everyone would park in front of our door so we had to park on the other side of the parking lot. This is the second time ive stayed at this location and I will definitely stay again when we go back.」

「You can always tell when you walk in your socks whether they clean the floors or not. I think they don't do it very often. At breakfast someone burned a waffle and the staff didn't clean the machine all weekend long, so there were no waffles available. they have such a limited breakfast buffet that made a big difference. So we avoided breakfast there most mornings. I guess the pool doesn't open until Memorial Day so that wasn't available either. Towels were thin and our shower took 5 minutes to...

「The sofa in the room was old. We didn't even want to sit on it and didn't. I've seen better at Goodwill. Needs update on sofa and replace carpet with flooring. Panel on a/c unit hanging off. I saw more dogs than people,HUGE ones. Some rooms should exclude pets. You can't get rid of the smell. The bed was comfortable was the best of the stay. I won't go back.」
