Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel right at Heathrow Airport - so perfect for early morning flights. Our only complaint was the price of drinks in the bar. £18 for a glass of red wine is a bit steep."
"Staff and property excellent but totally disappointed with the breakfast and coffee /light snack shop available.
Breakfast on offer was hot food or continental.
The hot food available was stone cold, cold plates with cold food. If you decided to have toast, good luck there as the bread had to go through a conveyor toaster 3 times before it registered any colour as ‘toasted’. Then once through one had to search the restaurant for the butter. Milk not by the hot drinks machine tracking again to search its location. Very disappointing!"
"Absolutely wonderful stay in London made even better by the staff of The Strand Palace.
From our very dapper doorman Anthony at arrival and early check in with Saloni to the kindness of Mohammed our porter at departure, the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The food and service at Haxell’s breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent. The hotel is convenient and central to London and made it easy to get around the city. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. "
"Much better than expected based on reviews I had seen. No issues at all. Friendly staff at check in (although it's all done on an iPad but you need your booking ref which you don't get from Expedia). Room did what you needed. Good shower, nice bed. No TV but I was barely in the room and no hairdryer but I brought my own. "
