I explained the number of nights had changed and he wouldn't adjust the time frame and I had to pay for an extra day. When putting clothing away we found two large dirty plastic cups from Star Bucks in the drawer. About an hour later my daughter fell ill, seeing we were from out of town I went to the office for assistance. When I asked where the closest Urgent care was he reply "I don't now call 911 or Goggle it. He turned and hurried off with out any assistance. I will never use this facility again."
