Lovely apartment located in an elegant building in Genova, a few steps away from Vernazzola and Boccadasse beaches and from the means of transport that lead to the city center.



The apartment, situated on the second floor reachable on foot, opens onto the hallway which is fitted with a dresser, a shoe cabinet and a mirror, in addition to some paintings that recall the sea. The fully-equipped kitchen is independent and has access to a balcony; it comes with a dining table and many other features, including a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room is decorated with a magnificent painting which represents the waves and features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, two floor lamps and a large library. The bedroom, warm and intimate, is furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, two nightstands with two lamps and a small table. A modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower completes the apartment.

Genoa, well-known port city and capital of Liguria region, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over the past centuries.

Known as one of the most extensive medieval historical centers in Europe, the heart of Genoa is a maze of alleys that unexpectedly open up into small squares, often related, like the churches overlooking them, to important noble families.

The spirit of Genoa lies in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages ​​and cultures perfectly blend in.

In the historical center is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as the Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.

The Genoa aquarium, the largest in Europe, is unmissable and iconic. The exhibition itinerary shows more than 70 environments and about 12,000 specimens of 600 species, coming from all the seas of the world. An unforgettable experience for young and old, which will fill your heart with emotions and a deeper respect for the sea and its extraordinary inhabitants.

Not to be missed is Genoa’s culinary tradition, with its iconic basil pesto, famous all over the world, and the “focaccia”, which can be either salted and topped with olives, onion and tomato, or even sweet and stuffed.



The airport is only 15 km away from the apartment, while the nearest train station, Genova Sturla, is about 700 m away.
