She explained everything what we needed to know about her amazing studio apartment and answered all our questions and more. The studio apartment is even better in person than in the pictures. It is very spacious with incredible views from 20th floor. It has everything you need to have for a short vacation...

「This apartment in Genoa is near perfect… Giorgio welcomed us at the door, helped us drop off our bags, then gave us a personal guided tour in his car of the centro storico , allowing us to get oriented. Giorgio’s daughter, Cristina, joined us back at the apartment…she speaks English well…and discussed workings of the appliances and recommended some local restaurants. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped for a rental that we have ever stayed in…and we have come to Italy yearly for...

「Sehr gut. Wir hatten allerdings ein bisschen Probleme mit Heizung und warmem Wasser. Daher insgesamt „nur“ vier Sterne - vor allem, weil der Mietpreis recht hoch war.」

「Nice place - loved the layout, architecture and charm. Great location but right in the middle of a busy area so may be a bit loud for some. Apartment could use a bit more storage - shelves, hooks etc in the bathroom. A couple of spots on the floor could use touching up but otherwise really nice. We enjoyed this apartment a lot and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!」

「Nous avons passé un super séjour à Gênes. Alessandra a été très arrangeante, notamment avec notre retard dû aux embouteillages.. L’appartement est très bien placé au cœur du centre historique à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Il ne faut pas oublier ses boules quies, la place est très vivante et donc bruyante jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour 3 jours, nous l’avons supporté et étions très heureux d’être au cœur de la vie génoise.」

「Appartement vaste, propre, bien aménagé. Situé sur un boulevard, on entend le bruit de la route malgré le double vitrage. On entend aussi un peu les voisins. La kitchenette est vraiment petite, pas idéale pour faire de la vraie cuisine mais OK pour des petits repas simples. La salle de bain est très bien. Nous étions trois, nous ne nous sommes pas marché dessus. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour accéder au centre piéton. Le départ du funiculaire se trouve dans la rue juste à côté, l'aquarium à...

「Tout était bien. Hôtesse charmant. Le seul problème est le bruit provenant du restaurant sous la fenêtre de la chambre. Impossible de dormir avant de 1h de matin vendredi et samedi . trop bruyant. L’appartement est cependant très bien situé. Tout est accessible à pied à partir de là.」

「Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises...

「The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night 」

「The home was on the 4th floor of the property but there was no lift .. very difficult for me (age 62) to carry my bag upstairs by myself. The bed was actually the sofa bed seen in the photo but otherwise was comfortable 」
