「밤늦게 공항에 도착해서 잠만 딱 자고 나올 숙소를 찾았어요. 1박에 2만원이라는 가격 대비 청결하고 에어컨도 빵빵하고 침구도 포근하고 꽤 괜찮아요. 온수는 안나와요. 정원이 아름답고 주변 동네가 아름다워요.」

「部屋は割と清潔でスタッフは親切だったが、ダニに咬まれた。」

「Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. Would happily stay at the property again if looking for somewhere...

「The lock on the 8-bedded doem room was damaged & it took 10 mins to ooen the door on 2 occassions. The technician or employee was away for 2 days. On the 3rd day the lock failed & lock had to be broken in after 3 different people tried for over 1 hour to ooen the door using the key.」

「This was most likely one of worst hostels/guesthouses I have stayed in since I travel in Asia... and that must be at least more than hundred. The staff was totally bored when I arrive. He was close to ignore me. No welcome, no nothing. The room was totally scuffed and done without any passion. I do not wanna talk about the mattress and cleanness. Left to another hostel... absolutely the opposite (clean, freindly, helpful and designed with love. So better check twice before booking. This place...

「체크인 12시까지라 비행기가 늦게 도착하면 안하시는게 좋아요. 입구가 안쪽에 있어서 찾기 힘들어요. 늦게 도착해서 에어컨이 고장났는데도 문의하기 힘들었어요. 선데이 마켓을 갈거면 최고에요 바로 앞이거든요.」

「I booked a single room. What I got was a plastic massage table behind a curtain in a women's day spa! Bathroom had cockroaches (plural). Hair on toilet seat. Very hard to find: taxi driver tried two locations, finally phoned spa admin. I had been in touch with spa by text, and asked about room location and key, as flight was arriving late. They merely told me door lock code; didn't bother to correct my misapprehension that I would be getting a private room. I never heard more from them. ...

「建物は古いけど掃除もされていて、天井が高く、味のある感じで、なかなかおしゃれだと思います。1階のバーも、ライブしてたりしてて雰囲気良いです。ただうるさいと眠れない人には泊まらないほうがいいです。 客層は私以外にアジア人は見かけませんでした。共用スペースのソファに虫がいるみたいで、痒くなりました。 」

「I have stayed in many hostels around the world, so this hostel comes up as just ok. Nothing really impressive, nothing really horrible to complain about. However, i don't think it is suitable for someone without hostel experience to try it out for the 1st time.」

「Halo hostel is a good option for couples travelling. The rooms are small, but have storage space, individual bathrooms and are clean. The area is really good if you want convenience. Walkable to the downtown area and jetty. Breakfast is made to order eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. My only con is that it does get a bit loud at night from surrounding bars, so just bring ear plugs.」
