「This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!」

Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. 「The holiday home is located in the hill. It is quite spacious and reasonably maintained. However as it is in the hill insects are an inevitable sight (ants, mosquitoes, etc.) esp in open areas, but it's tolerable inside the house. Service was good, as a large group we really enjoyed ourselves gathering in the living room area. However, it's relatively inaccessible (taking taxi from town centre to the holiday home costs around RM15-25, and a lot of taxi drivers do not know the place so I'd...

「We stayed here for one night while exploring the local area. Overall the experience was good, the room was comfortable and the location is convenient. But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm.」

「投宿日は早朝に到着したが、チェックインまで荷物を預かってくれた。日暮れ後部屋に蚊や蛾が沢山入ってきたが、フロントで殺虫剤を借りて事なきを得た。原因はバスルームの窓が開いていたことだった。キナバル公園をトレッキングした際に、虻又は蛭に足首を噛まれ、シャワーを浴びようとして気が付いた。フロントに相談すると、適切に処置をしてくれた。親身で丁寧な対応が大変好感が持てた。しかし、翌朝「早立ち」する旨伝えていたにも拘わらず、係は定時にしか現れず、この日の予定に支障をきたした。ただし、係は丁寧に詫びてくれた。（内部の情報共有に問題が） なお、私の部屋はWIFIが利用できなかった。（利用する部屋の価格クラスに依存するのかも？） 食事場所は１０分も歩けば近くにあるが、日暮れ後や雨の日は交通量が多いので、こんな場合は十分に気を付けてください。」

Heureusement que je suis tombé par hasard (c était minuit) sur d’autres clients de l’hôtel pour qu’ils contactent le manager afin de me donner le code de la boîte aux lettres qui contenait la clé de ma chambre. Hotels.com ne donne pas le numéro de téléphone pour obtenir les codes pour récupérer les clés…. Ma chambre donnait sur un bar discothèque donc point de vue tranquillité on repassera!」

「Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit.」
