The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. "Very near to airport and parking provided. Owner very responsive and give clear instructions for check in. Room clean and neat. Around got many restaurants. Worth the price for stay!😊"

"Place is very convenient to shops and food. The apartment is relatively small and squeezed, including the bathroom. The shower floods the bathroom due to its open design. The apartment advertised there was an in-room safe but it could not be opened. The TV remote battery was flat but we got a replacement the next day. The staff was also quite obliging to give us extra towels."

"We stayed here for one night while exploring the local area. Overall the experience was good, the room was comfortable and the location is convenient. But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm."
