Only downside was neighborhood, while there is plenty of on-street parking..the neighbors are not very friendly if you manage to park infront of the wrong one. An owner was very helpful and allowed us to park right next to the property for the entire weekend so no worries, unloading or finding a place to park the vehicle.Owner was there and very nice throughout the weekend and explained to us anything we needed to know very quickly.
