"Room was extremely well maintained and clean. Amendities were very enjoyable. Location was very conveneintly located beside the KTX station. Parking at the hotel was limited- only four spots available in front. But, the KTX station free parking lot is less than five minutes by walk from the hotel, so parking was not an issue, Staff were cordial and helpful with checkin. There were slight language barrier issues with check in, but overall the staff were able to check us in with minimal issues. Breakfast as adequate and standard for most Korean hotels. Overall 9/10, will absolutely be staying here again if I travel to Gangneung in the future."
