"This home is so clean and comfortable it was in the Top 3 that we have ever stayed at The communication with the host was spot on !! The setting and proximity to Galax and stores was 10-15 mins away If you like farm animals as neighbors and pet friendly stay than book it you will not be disappointed !! Yes Kitchen had everything !!We will go back again !!!"

"The ac/heat units need updating, they are loud with blinking lights, it also referenced using a wall thermostat to control however there was no wall thermostat. The breakfast is even more lacking since Hilton took over. The breakfast was never great there but previous to Hilton there was at least multiple flavours of yogurt cups, varied individual packaged cereals and milk cartons, juice."

"Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was far to low on the wall for my 6'6" frame. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or it was broken. The breakfast items were sparse and there were no coffee cups available. The person at the front desk appeared bored and uncaring. The room needs a complete make over and the property is in need of maintenance. Not horrible but I'm sure there are better options in the area"
