「João, Carla and the great kitchen and cleaning staff went the extra mile to make our one week stay comfortable.
The room we got was an upgrade because we had found the first room’s bathroom uncomfortably cramped. The room we got was an extra story to climb stairs but João insisted that he carry our bags. He was also super helpful with ideas and bus connections.
