The room itself is nice and good located. Only thing good to know, there is only stair to go up. And there is a foul smell coming out of the bathroom, maybe it’s a problem with the sewage. For the rest we found it a good place and clean.

Rather confusing Instructions about the apartment and how to gain entry. Address provided on Expedia is different from one where need go to sign in, pay City Tax and collect access code. Breakfast item requires a good 1km walk to other location to get. Need be more upfront and clear about these.

O recepcionista Pedro foi muito gentil e atencioso, nos orientando em tudo para que tivessemos uma estada maravilhosa e dias inesquecíveis na Ilha da Madeira ! Café da manhã bom, porém não havia ovos mexidos … somente cozidos. Há um ponto de informações turística bem em frente ao Hotel. Não deixem de fazer os passeios pela ilha e o teleférico ! Imperdível !! Perto do Hotel.
