"This place provided way more than I ever expected to receive from a hotel. From the moment we arrived the strive for 5 star service was evident. And they achieved it during our entire stay. The staff was always more than accommodating. The onsite dining options were some of the best meals we had in Japan. The garden was stunning and full of history. It was an amazing experience overall. Our sincerest thanks to the entire staff of this establishment, and a special thanks to Murakami San for his consistent personal efforts and time spent with us. This was a very special trip. We will certainly stay here again when we return."

"This is my favourite hotel. I loved that we were in a quieter part of Tokyo but we’re a short walk to Kanda Station and was only 1 stop from Tokyo Station. Lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were so warm and friendly even with our very basic Japanese. "

"The room was great, had everything we needed. Star were all exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a variety of food that we weren’t used to for breakfast but we enjoyed it all. 100% Will stay here again next time we stay at Disney. A little far from the city center but the train station is connected to the hotel, so it was extremely easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo. "
