On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, “No, we do not have that,” or “We do not provide that.” There were a number of cons as well. "今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"The apartment was clean and very accessible to local nightlife in Fukuoka. The checkin process was a little confusing but nothing horrible. Room was a little small for 5 people but the price was right so it made up for it. I would probably book again if a bigger place of comparable price wasn't available. "
