「少し草臥れた感じのコンドミニアムですが、さすがに広さは充分でゆっくりくつろげると思います。冬のカンファレンス参加者にとっては、雪の中をかろうじて歩ける範囲。（徒歩30分強）地図で見るよりもだいぶ時間がかかりますのでそのつもりで。（地図上の位置はチェックインする場所で、実際のコンドミニアムはそこからさらに南西に20分くらい歩いたエリアにあります。）　道路沿いではなく、シーズンズの中を突っ切ると30分ほどで歩けます。冬場は非常に寒いし路面が凍りますので足下に気をつけて。買い物、レストラン等は一切周辺にありません。もう少し予算があれば、会場近くのホテルをおすすめしますが、かろうじてなんとかなるエリアだと思います。」

「We made a last-minute decision to go to Breckenridge for the Fourth of July. My husband, my self and ourteenage sons enjoyed this condo. It is fully stocked and has everything you need. Super close to anything walking distance on Main Street. Easy parking garage spot. Great communication with Alexis and we would absolutely come back again!」

「The property was easy to access, clean, and good for our family of five. The only issue is that the property is listed for 6 people but the dinner table only has four seats and no additional seats to sit at the table. 」

「This is a cozy little unit that had everything we needed. Its in the perfect location near all the downtown restaurants and bars and is walk able just to about anywhere. We came during winter and it was about 8 outside and snowing. The fact it has a indoor parking garage for your car is super handy. Would stay here again without concern. Its a great property. 」

「We enjoyed our stay. It was a week or two before the tourist season, so it was very quiet. That also means that most of the local shops and activities were closed. The check-in and out process was very easy. The pool was nice and warm, since the weather was still chilly in the evening. Most nights our kids had the pool to themselves.」

「Beautiful place! This is our 2nd time staying at the resort. We stayed at the 3bedroom, 3 bath townhouse for our annual family ski trip. We love that it’s only 10 minutes into town with a pretty scenic drive. It’s dog friendly and affordable! The staff was professional and welcoming to us. 」

「We just stayed one night and the property was great. A very short walk to the pool/hot tubs as well as Maggies Pond and downtown. The owner was super responsive and very pleasant. Would for sure recommend this property for your stay in Breckenridge and Summit County!」

「The space was a great location, directions were clear. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The reusable shopping bag that left for us came in handy! I didn’t notice when booking that there is no AC in the unit, so that was my error, but it worked out fine because there weee fans in the unit that did the job! 」
