「Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Reception was good and friendly but unattended when we arrived anx a short wait. Room on second floor with no lift. Parked in road outside hotel.
Dinner served in dining room, reasonable choices, €15 for 2 courses, bread and drink, very good value. Tea station, free, honesty bar. Would stay again. 」

「Desde la primera noche nos quejamos del excesivo calor en las habitaciones. En mes de abril y con mínimas de 1 grado no hubo otra opción que dormir con la ventana abierta para refrescar la temperatura. Teniendo en cuenta que el hotel está ubicado en una entrada de Palencia, el ruido de la circulación impedía del descanso.
En ningún momento nos dieron alternativas ni el personal de mantenimiento revisó la instalación. Al final decidimos abandonar el hotel antes de lo previsto.
