「I was disappointed to find out that the bar / restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesdays, this was not mentioned or highlighted on booking. As a business trip this was not what i was expecting. The room was extremely nice, but with a small kitchen area there was no microwave or cooker, only a toaster. This meant i could not buy food to cook and had to find a restaurant for my evening meal if i wanted a hot dinner. Everything about the room was amazing, very peaceful and a great night sleep. 「Room was very clean and pleasant. Food was good but service very very slow (it was Valentines Day so to an extent we understood but 30 mins to get a glass of water was maybe a little extreme) Bed a little uncomfortable and the floors (both ours and above) were extremely creaky so we could hear everyone moving around which made for a difficult sleep. Staff extremely pleasant and location is great.」

Maybe it’s just me, but finding the lock pads wasn’t clear enough in the dark and there’s two properties inside one building? The car park or ‘extra spaces’ wasn’t clear or well laid out - again, it may be the dark. But I attempted to park, decided to leave then had to wait as someone blocked me in. 「Stayed many times will stay again. Even though we had a big problem getting into the hotel after a night out had to wait 40 minutes for some one to come out and get the main electronic doors to open. Their hotel chain seem to be good value for a night stay which we often do 」
