Room was big and spacious. Very hot and stuffy due to no ventilation. The room had patio doors but they were broken and didnt open. Bathroom window didnt open either.
Location is close to amenities and the beach.
The hotel itself could do with updating.
I was helping fix pool table and sorting thing out in lounge very clean I happy to help out and love stay

If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay this is definitely a good option. the beds were very comfortable, bedding and towels exceptionally clean. The room had a TV, kettle & tea & coffee. It was a very basic room but it suited our needs fine. The guy we checked in with was super friendly and seemed a lovely guy. If you plan on using the room as simply a place to sleep while you enjoy the surroundings this is a great recommendation. But if you enjoy things a bit more up market with plenty of luxury and attention to detail then is definitely give this place a miss... overhaul I was reasonably happy with my stay and would stay here again in the future.

The reception staff goes above and beyond to help with any issue, even if the property is outdated and in need of refurbishment ( which is reflected on the price ),. The level of cleanliness is good, helpful staff, not a bad experience at all.

Poor overall
Staff were lovely. Room was old/ dated. Shower did not work properly, big hole in windows letting in large draft. Carpet filthy. Room clean other than carpet. Beds clean and comfy.

We arrived at the hotel and said we where booked in and he looked and said no your not and asked for the booking reference. He told us we had been moved to another hotel down the road due to building work. He gave us the details and we found the room. The new room was fine but basic, clean and comfy. No coat hangers or towels and no one around to ask as the hotel was unmanned. Also no WiFi (if there was there was no-one around to ask for code). The stay was fine for a night.
If you looking for a place just to rest in a good location and cheap, then this is it with helpful staff.
But this place beside the bed that was clean and confy the rest was dirty and tired , hot water on our block was keeping getting off for same reasons so a hit and miss but on the other block was ok.
Would i raccomended?
The is better but out there, but like i said 2 rooms mid july for 78£ it was cheap so we stayed for 2 nights.

Freezing cold all night had to sleep in clothes all night to keep me warm won’t be staying again
Here,s the thing yes i only paid £40 for one night stay. But would i stay again definitely not. I,m wondering if this hotel is being examined for standards.
If you like broken doors, stains on walls, stains on the bed, damaged bathroom plugs, paper thin walls, a questionable lock and a rude (possibly handicapped) receptionist who chooses to pretend the above doesnt exist, then this is the place for you
