「今回、コンファレンス会場がホテルの目の前で便利。長期滞在や外出の多い旅行者にはアパートタイプでキッチンありで自宅気分でお勧め。全てシンプル！アメニティ一切なし、朝食もいたってシンプル無駄のなさに満足。」

「Très bel immeuble, de beaux appartements, bien entretenu et propres. Les logement sont spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la tranquillité. Si je retourne à Nice, aucun doute que je réserverai à nouveau à cet endroit. Conseil au voyageur : soyez prudent avec google map, l'appli ne tag pas au bon endroit. Je vous conseille de valider sur google street view pour bien comprendre... Je recommande au gestionnaire d'ajuster l'emplacement sur google. J'ai moi même orienter...

「お部屋は広々として清潔感もあり快適でした。バスルームも同じくです。また、キッチンがあるなど設備が豊かで長期滞在に向いていると感じました。ただ、市街地やビーチから少し離れています。目の前に駅があるためトラムを利用すれば10分弱ですが、徒歩だと30分ほどかかり、少し不便だと感じました。」

「Initially, it was somewhat difficult to access the property but once we contacted the phone number at the gate it was a super easy process. Our hostess was very flexible, accommodating and made the process of checking in extremely easy for us. The property was beautiful the views were amazing and it was extremely clean. Places to eat and shop were at a far walking distance but if you like exploring you’ll enjoy the journey. Uber eats is also available and has decent choices.」

「夫婦と子ども2人で4日間滞在しました。ロケーションはやはり、市街地（中心部）からは少し距離があるな、と思います。バスで１０～１５分くらいですね。子連れだと少し大変かもしれませんが、救いはホテルの目の前にバス停があること。部屋自体は普通に過ごせます。歩いて5分くらいのところにスーパーがあったので自炊するには困りません。海岸までも歩いて5分ぐらいでしょうか？一つだけ難とすればバスタブにお湯を貯めると次の人のお湯が出なくなりました。」

「An absolutely amazing property with a billion dollar marina view. We spent 3 nights at the place and we had a great stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is very clean. Convenient parking. Minutes drive or taxi ride to all the main attractions of Monaco. The reception staff were very attentive and friendly. Would stay again」

「Uma pequena jóia em Cannes. Localização maravilhosa! Fica a 30 metros de La Croisette, tudo se faz a pé. Ficamos em um apartamento super amplo, limpíssimo, com cozinha completa, ótimo banheiro, qualidade de roupas de cama e banho excelentes, Reservando, tem garagem e limpeza diária.
