「Checked in, went to take a shower and the showerhead was broken, no maintenance man so the girl at the desk after me having to go back downstairs to see what was taking so long I found another showerhead and then I installed it. I also had to change a roll of toilet paper because there wasn’t enough on a thing to use it needed to be replaced. So I did both the maintenance man’s job and housekeeping‘s job and all they said to me in the morning when I left is sorry about that. No offer to pass it...

「Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night.
