This property is very outdated and needs lots of work! Everything is very old and things need replacing and repair. Max at the front desk is AWESOME!! Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very mediocre. Will stay somewhere else next time I’m in Goldsboro.

Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling.

This is my third trip to Goldsboro, and I have always enjoyed staying at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean. The breakfast was terrific as always. The staff was friendly and courteous. I did have one issue. I did not get a hot shower. The water was warm, but it would not get hot. Hopefully, you guys can fix that.
