I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe.
I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place.
First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff.
I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions...
「From the entrance to the reception staff and the restaurant, I was truly impressed by the hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication of the hotel employees to treating their guests with care. As a Japanese traveler who is not confident in English, I really appreciated how they communicated with me in a clear and simple manner.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I was even treated to a special surprise. The room was also very clean.

First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff.
I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me.
We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed.
The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. It was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub, and in the morning, I took bath while looking at the Swan River a"
"We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade.
The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us.
Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome.
We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth."
"街中から徒歩8分ほどの場所で、St Mary Cathedralの近くでもあり便利。夜は施錠されていてルームキーがないと入れないため安全。受付の人も優しく、一応レストランも付いている。
ただ部屋や家具は古さが否めず、バスタブはペンキが剥がれていた。プールがあった方がよければすぐ近くの同じMercureホテルの方がおすすめかもしれないが、1人用の安いホテルを探していたので問題はなかった。"
