「Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Large old building, our room was recently updated and was modernised nicely and spotlessly clean. It was very big but still warm with very large comfy bed and powerful shower. TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. I liked the fact there seemed to be little waste as the offering wasn’t too...

「Lovely 2 night break in a two bed lodge. Open plan living accommodation upstairs with bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. Lodge was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Used the pool and hot tub, Very clean, pool and hot tub were very warm! Staff in leisure centre very pleasant and helpful. Didn’t use onsite restaurant, had two lovely meals at the Bombay Club in Auchterarder, a must visit if you love Indian food. A return visit to Duchally is definitely on the cards!」

「I felt the service here was really lacking. I ordered food at the restaurant in the hotel and had to wait over an hour. When the food finally came, some of it was cold and the taste wasn’t great. The free breakfast was also barely better than nothing.」

「Clean comfortable & great contact with hosts. I recommend」

「Niki could not do enough for you. Nothing was a bother. Excellent food and staff. Room was lovely. Excellent location for travellers who would like to explore Auchterarder, Dunblane, Stirling, Bridge of Allan and Gleneagles. Thoroughly recommend.」

「We were very excited to be staying at Broomhall. It is nicely located near the Wallace Monument and Stirling. There is nothing around Broomhall as far as shops and restaurants or pubs. The bathrooms are updated, but the flooring (carpet) is very antiquated and had a few stains in our room. The Scottish breakfast was good and the fish and chips. The pub located on the premise was cute and Logan was very pleasant. There is a lot of potential for this hotel, but overall needs updating.」

「The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that.」
