The well-equipped kitchen is situated at the back of the house and features a dining table, washing machine, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and gas hob & electric oven.

The back garden is a delightful area to enjoy the outdoors, featuring a large sheltered patio, lawn area and washing line. While the garden is not enclosed, it provides a serene environment for relaxation and outdoor dining.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower over the bath. Please note, there are three steps to climb to access the bathroom.

There are 3 large spacious bedrooms upstairs. Two double beds & a twin all with ample clothing storage. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, featuring carpeted floors and convenient towel rails for your comfort.

The house has oil central heating throughout.
