"Staff was helpful and quickly changed our room because the heat wasn't working. But beware: someone on our floor was having a loud phone conversation at night and we heard every single word from inside our room. When I looked out in the hallway, there was nobody; they were several doors down inside their room! We called the front desk about the noise and they were helpful, but it was crazy how easily I could hear someone talking in another room several doors down with the door shut."

"I've been here several times since my daughter goes to Roger Williams University It's only a very short distance away and it's reasonably priced. The only negative thing that I have to say is the rooms book up early if the college has an event going on."

"Room was very dirty. Markings on the floor. Dirty bed cover. The office chair was disgusting. On top of the office desk there was an unplugged microwave, it was like “here’s a microwave if you need it”, I had to bring it down to the floor. I can’t imagine it’s safe for a kid or older person Room had the “extra perfume” smell that overpowering, probably to cover the bad smells. I kind of expecting this from the google reviews but on Expedia the reviews were pretty good so I took a shot. Won’t stay here again. Expect this when you book your stay so you don’t get disappointed. Everything else was ok. Plenty of parking. They even have an EV charger."
