「This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. Owners live on site so it was easy to remedy the situation- she actually moved us to another unit. It was perfect for what we needed. They’d gone above and beyond to make the units homey- including Christmas decorations- We will definitely stay there again.」

「We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on.
