"Have stayed at this hotel many times and they don't disappoint. Unfortunately, each time I have been there the pool has been closed. Hope they can get that problem fixed for the future."

"We stay here on average once per month. The location is convenient and being inside the mall can s wonderful. For years the mall was dead or dying. There is new ownership and the changes have been a great addition to the hotel. Pet friendly and very clean."

"The stay was ok for what we paid. The pool was not warm, and our AC only half worked. We figured out that we had to unplug it and re-plug it in to get it working. They did offer to move our room but we were leaving the next day. The breakfast was the same both days and ok but very basic."
