"Great place to stay with family! Wanted a place large enough for visiting relatives from Germany. The open kitchen/dining/living rooms were perfect for us. A short walk to the train/ferry terminal(10-15min.) always felt safe, even when returning very late at night. The neighborhood was full of families with young children, play park around the corner. There is NO Parking included with this unit. We used a parking garage, no issues with safety of vehicles, 5 minutes away. We would stay here with...

This property surpassed any expectation our group of 6 had.Giant family room - convertible beds, so much more space than we even imagined. "The property's convenient location offered proximity to all train stations needed. It was able to accommodate a large group, including children. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. "
