This well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bath townhome offers both comfort and convenience, located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, Colorado State University, and top local attractions. Whether you’re traveling for business, a family visit, or a longer-term work assignment, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing and productive stay.

Such a beautiful home in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. We loved seeing all the Halloween decorations going up—it made the area feel so festive! Very family- and pet-friendly—our pup felt right at home. The host was wonderful and easy to work with.

This property appears to be fairly new. There are plenty of amenities. The master bedroom was spacious as was the guest bedroom. Parking was very easy. The check-in process was fast and simple. The host was fantastic and very responsive and accommodating.There is some mention about noise from trains. We never heard any train during the time that we were there except one time we heard a horn twice in the far distance and you could barely hear it. I’m not sure where that feedback is coming from but it is not a concern to be worried about.The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are well stocked.Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
